1951 Chevrolet 3100 Custom Pro-Street Pickup
Custom-built Chevrolet Pro-Street Pickup powered by the legendary big block Chevrolet engine. To enhance its pro-street image a Blower Drive Service (BDS) fully polished 8.71 super charger with chrome dual Holley Carbs was added to the mix. An MSD ignition, hooker block hugger headers and lots of polished aluminum and chrome complete the performance mods. A turbo 400 Trans was selected to handle the power of the monster big block.
The chassis is all custom with a Camaro front sub frame, sectioned rear clip fitted with a narrowed 9” ford rear end, S&W Race Cars ladder bar kit and Chassis Engineering coil over shocks. Polished Weld drag lite wheels with huge 31x18.5x15 Mickey Thompson Sportsman Pro tires complete the foundation for this extreme truck.
The exterior features all steel (except rear fenders) minor modifications to keep the body tastefully clean include a 2” chop, recessed rear tail lights and wider rear fenders to cover the monster tires. The boasting red finish listed as St. James red was borrowed from the 2006 Bentley Continental GT.
The interior was designed with cruising and comfort in mind. Custom bucket seats and door panels as well as the remainder of the interior are covered in grey cloth with custom stitching throughout. Power windows and tilt steering were also added to complete the upgrades. The dash retains the factory gauges which all function properly.
In addition this fabulous truck also comes with a matching trailer custom made out of a 1951 Chevy truck bed. This custom truck has is incredible from bumper to bumper.
