1949 Studebaker R5 Pickup , All Steel , Custom Molded Fenders , NO SEAMS , with an Early 392 Hemi (FE57****) (1957 Chrysler) - Dual Carter Competition Carbs (375H.P. ?) and a Push Button Torque Flite Automatic Transmission . Power Steering and Brakes . This truck's drivetrain was built by legendary Bonneville Salt Flats racer Gene Burkland of Great Falls Montana , who's 416 M.P.H. record still stands !! Google him !! Since his passing in 2009 , this truck has had over 2,000 manhours of custom metal fabricating and paint work , and took over a 7 year span to complete ! It is a must see truck , very cool one-off build .
