Description:    We love seeing cars from the 1930s get a new life as cool hot rods, but most of the time they are a Ford or Chevy. That's what makes this 1933 Plymouth 4 Door Touring Sedan so appealing. It fits in perfectly with this crowd but still stays unique. Best of all, this distinction doesn't mean you have to give up the convenience of V8 power in this custom build. That bold paint you can't take your eyes off is called Forest Green. While you'll love to tell people the name of the color, the real payoff is the ghost flames that have been applied with such a professional hand that it really highlights all the curves of this Plymouth. They even made sure to keep the traditional vinyl roof on this sporty body, and it's rendered in black to coordinate with the fenders and running boards. Plus, the all steel body and fenders are in fantastic condition, with the kind of fitting that can take home the trophies. And like all the best street machines, the details are great, too. This includes a handsome waterfall billet grille, 15-inch 5 spokes, and plenty of brightwork details like the headlight surrounds, hood latches, and door handles. Open the rear hinged doors to see plenty more evidence of a solid investment in custom work. It starts with the seats, door panels, headliner, and carpeting all finished a nice coordinating black and gray a true sign of a thoughtful uniform build. Other great comforts include modern AM/FM/SSD/USB stereo mounted under the dash. The driver gets treated to a grippy sports steering wheel on a chrome tilt column. Beyond that is a set of classic-style Stewart Warner gauges that provide a full picture on what's going on under the hood. Powering this red-hot machine is hot rodder's most chosen: a 350 cubic-inch small block Chevy V8. The reason why it is so often preferred is not just because the motor offers good power in a compact size, but also, it's a nice base for a host of performance upgrades. Not only is this powerful, but it has a show-worthy presentation thanks to the engine painted the same Forest Green color as the body, Chrome valve covers, and all the bright components, air toppers, alternator, and more. You'll love the sound this makes out of the dual exhaust when you fire the V8 up. Plus, it's nice out on the road, too, with features like a three-speed automatic transmission, rack and pinion steering and front disc brakes.
