Description:
The first thing you’re going to tell me
is it’s a ’55 Chevy. No, but it does have a ’55 grill, hood and fenders. Set up with a 350 Chevy V-8. 4 BC carb.
Dual exhaust. Automatic transmission. Power steering. Power drum brakes with a split master cylinder. Beautiful
chrome grill and front bumper. 5 spoke alloy 15” wheels with Cooper Cobra tires. Same owner last 20 years in
Yakima, Washington. Before that Spokane, Washington. When he bought it he had it repainted. The paint shows
wear and tear. Minor rust bubbling on the right side. He replaced the wood way back and it could stand to be revarnished.
The interior is a bit of a mess. Has a custom bench seat. Seat belts. A good detailing and some upholstery
work, maybe repaint the dash, and this will bring it up a long way. It runs and drives very well. Has a GM
steering column. Electric wipers. The gas gauge was showing low so I put gas in and the pump shout off with only
5 gallons added. The gauge did not change. It had radio at one time, both doors had speakers and must have had
an amp under the seat as the wires are still there. Has a heavy duty hitch and plug but does not have electric
brakes. It drives very well and is comfortable to drive. I would drive it anywhere. So this PU is a bit of a project,
but you will still get thumbs up when you’re driving it. We have a lot of receipts showing that he maintained the PU
