One of one 2007 Richard Tyler Special Edition Saturn Sky
This Roadster was donated by the Saturn Corporation, customized by Richard Tyler, one of fashion's most celebrated designers, and auctioned off in the 2006 "Clothes Off Your Back" celebrity auction. Proceeds from the auction were to benefit Cure Autism Now, Half the Sky and UNICEF's work in Darfur. I have a letter from Saturn Corporation that verifies this as the only Richard Tyler Special Edition built.
This vehicle features a 177-hp, Ecotec TM 2.4-L, DOHC, 4-cylinder engine with Variable Valve Timing and 166 ft. lbs of torque, Aisin 5-speed manual transmission and short-throw shifter, AM/FM stereo and CD/MP3 player with a Monsoon® 225-watt, 7-speaker premium audio system (includes speed compensated volume, automatic tone control and Theftlock®) XM Satellite Radio®, 18" chrome-plated alloy wheels, rear deck lid spoiler, four-wheel disc brakes with ABS, air conditioning, power windows, door locks and mirrors.
The Custom Features added by Richard Tyler were: Cognac Tri-Coat Frost paint color, full front clear bra, "Richard Tyler Edition" logo on two toned black and tan seats, custom windscreen, machined sill plates, beaded detail floor mat and Instrument gauge cluster.
