Every car that WILL be sold is going to be up on our website shortly with a photo. **SCHEDULE** FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5 8am to 6pm Preview, Inspection & Bidder Registration SATURDAY, OCTOBER 6 10am to 4pm AUCTION of all cars and equipment SUNDAY, OCTOBER 7 8am to 6pm AUCTION of car parts & sheet metal YEAR / MAKE / MODEL DISCLAIMER: We have tried our best at Silver Auctions to properly identify each vehicle. It was not always easy and we are certain there are some inadvertent mistakes. We do apologize for our errors. If you can correct us, please do and we will update our data. If we said "circa" that means the year is close but we do not know the exact year of the vehicle. We were unable to get to some of the VINs on vehicles due to the inability to open doors or the VIN being completely unreadable or non-existent. Had we been able to get to every VIN it would have helped us clarify the year and model on most cars. TITLE DISCLAIMER: Vehicles with titles are indicated with a *T. Some titles are still coming in to the office so the list will be updated at the time of the sale. Vehicles without titles will be sold with a bill of sale and the Arizona statement of non-use. Vehicles without a title will need to be bonded by you the purchaser to title it in the future in your home state (only if that option is available in your state - several states do not offer that bonding option such as Oregon). Some vehicles do not have a title, some vehicles do not have a VIN and some vehicles do not have a title or a VIN; These vehicles will be sold as PARTS USE ONLY. You will need to sign and agree that you are buying parts off the vehicle, you understand there is no title and that you will return the remainder of the vehicle to us at your expense after you have removed your desired parts. VEHICLE CONDITION: No vehicles run. No safety equipment works on any of these vehicles. Every vehicle here will need to be trailered to your destination. Do not under any circumstances put any of these vehicles directly on the road while being towed or moved. REMOVAL OF VEHICLES: We will be available to release vehicles Saturday, Oct. 6th, until dark, Sunday Oct. 7th, 8am until dark, and Monday Oct. 8th, 8am until dark. We will have a forklift and operator capable of picking up cars and pickups (not Duallys or larger) to place them either on your trailer or in the desert area outside of the fence during the times listed above. The cost of the forklift is $30 per 15 minutes. We estimate that that is enough time to load most single vehicles. You will be required to sign a disclaimer and release of liability waiver for any damage caused to your property while loading a vehicle in this manner. ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO SALES TAX unless you are licensed motor vehicle dealer and we have a copy of that license in hand. Out of state buyers pay sales tax based on Arizona's reciprocity agreements with your state. SUNDAY PARTS PRICING: Vehicles will have a base steel weight/value price. Therefor the opening bid will be set at a minimum price of $300. Below that price the recycler will be the buyer based on the vehicles recycling value (with some exceptions base on vehicle size). Any vehicle that is not bid at the minimum will be made available on the second auction day (Sunday, October 7th) starting at 8am and continuing all day for the sale of parts only off of that vehicle in the following manner; All chrome, stainless, trim and accessories for $125. Any bolt on body part $40 per part (doors, fenders, hoods etc.). At the auctioneers discretion, after 10am Sunday morning, single parts such as chrome pieces or windshields may be purchased at $40 per item. Parts purchased will be subject to the buyers fee of 10% and sales tax. Our goal is that useful parts in complete cars are made reasonably available to collectors while protecting the collection owners asset base. All purchases of parts will be paid for in advance of removal from the vehicle. The grid below shows the available lots and currently consigned vehicles.
